SONDA Financial Results: Revenue and Pipeline Growth

SONDA, a leading technology services company in Latin America, reported its financial results for the third quarter of 2025. This performance is explained by sustained increases in the Southern Cone (+8.7%) and Andean (+6.3%) regions, despite a greater slowdown in the region's technology investments.

The company's commercial pipeline reached US$7.6 trillion, reflecting a 43% increase from the close of 2024, which is directly related to the execution of its 2025–2027 strategic plan.

The accumulated EBITDA reached US$ 85 million, 11.7% lower than recorded in the same period of 2024. However, the third-quarter EBITDA registered a 30.1% increase compared to the previous quarter, while accumulated revenues grew by 3.1%, driven by the execution of its 2025–2027 strategic plan. The consolidated revenues for the quarter reached US$ 396 million, 2.6% higher than the previous quarter, while EBITDA and operating income registered increases of 30.1% and 62.5%, respectively.

For the first nine months of 2025, consolidated revenues reached US$ 1.154 billion, a growth of 3.1% compared to the same period in 2024. This variation is associated with greater commercial effort and strategic investments deployed to strengthen its sales capabilities and industry specialization.

Marcelo Castiglione, SONDA's Corporate General Manager, stated: “The growth in revenues and the expansion of the commercial pipeline confirm that the commercial strategy implemented is yielding results. We are better prepared to capitalize on opportunities in health, transportation, energy, financial services, and retail, with a portfolio of high-value solutions, hand in hand with artificial intelligence, cloud, cybersecurity, and analytics technologies”.

José Orlandini, President of SONDA, specified that the financial results reflect “a diversified business model and a strategy focused on specialization, efficiency, and value creation for clients”.

During the third quarter, SONDA finalized important strategic projects focused on high-value solutions in various countries:

  • Chile: Won contracts for the migration of technological infrastructure to Cloud (private and public) for a social security entity and a major passenger transport operator in Santiago.
  • Argentina: Strengthened its presence in the Oil & Gas industry with comprehensive IT management and support for over 500 service stations.
  • Brazil: Will implement a modern IT support model, with an autonomous Operations Center supported by Artificial Intelligence tools, in Latin America's most important hospital.
  • Mexico: Expanded its contract with a public transport system operator, reinforcing urban mobility.
  • Colombia: Will deploy a Device as a Service for a hotel chain and a cybersecurity project with Empresas Públicas de Medellín (EPM).
