Grupo Govan Announces $4 Million Investment in New Division

Grupo Govan, a national leader in industrial and construction solutions, has acquired Inrots, a new business division in which it plans to invest US$4 million to optimize the plant. The business group, with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry and the steel world, purchased Inrots with the goal of continuing to expand its range of products and services. Inrots, a manufacturer of industrial and home insulation for construction, allows Grupo Govan to broaden its product offerings for industrial and residential construction.

"We are projecting an investment of 4 million dollars for 2025. This investment will be dedicated to improving our plant, optimizing the quality of our products, remodeling offices and systems, as well as increasing productivity in general,” highlighted Gustavo Romano, CEO of Grupo Govan.

This acquisition is part of the Group's expansion plan aimed at further strengthening its commitment to local innovation. “We are very excited about this addition to our portfolio of companies. Thanks to the experience of a leading company like Inrots, we believe it will be a perfect complement to our vision of continuing to be a reference in the construction industry,” concluded Romano.
